Biblioteca "Marcella Novo" - SAA School of Management
The library is a universe, for some dark, sometimes disturbing, often mysterious, never hostile. Books speak and whisper to us their stories, their messages, their secrets. They always do, they do to everyone. You just have to have the patience, the sensitivity or the humility to listen to them.
The story of Tecla and Biblio unfolds, between humour and reality, in the universe of bibliographic research. Two young people grappling with their theses, a library and its microcosm and a brontosaurus as a side dish. A bit of fantasy and a nice sprinkling of irony. These are the ingredients. The rest is reality... or almost. Biblio gets lost in the web, overwhelmed by the flood of information on offer. He sweats, despairs, seeks comfort in his family. Tecla, more pragmatic, relies on the advice of Bronto, an old caryatid who has lived and perhaps even been born in the meanders of the library. Undeniably ugly, grumpy perhaps, but open to listening to users and used to untangling herself in the jungle of information sources.
The ending is a foregone conclusion... the fun is too!

The SAA Library is part of the University Library System. It serves teachers and students of the University of Turin with particular attention to the needs of the SAA community.
In the Library you will find:
- 34 places for consulting books and journals
- 3 internet stations for consulting electronic resources and WiFi for internet browsing
- competent and friendly staffa young and comfortable environment
But you will also find:
- 35,000 volumes dedicated to the main themes of management and corporate communication
- 450 Italian and foreign periodicals in the sector, of which 150 are current
- the full text of almost a million articles in the databases of the world's leading publishers
