Looking for a book or an article? You can now also search from home using the tools listed below.
Couldn't find it? Try asking in the library: our reference service (link to specific page) is designed just for you.
- Catalogo Unico di Ateneo: A single catalogue of the University of Turin that can be consulted online from any networked location. The catalogue includes SAA accessions from 1985 onwards. For less recent acquisitions, however, reference should be made to the SAA catalogue (which can be consulted from the library PCs) or, for documents prior to 1985, to the old card catalogue
- Servizio Bibliotecario Nazionale: SBN is the collective catalogue of Italian libraries with about 4500 libraries within it. Opac searchable online from any network location
- Eureka: the new discovery tool of the University of Turin, is configured as a unified access point to all bibliographic resources of the University of Turin. Eureka replaces the previous Tutto, Trova and Bibliopass services, integrating all search and access functions to resources in a single tool. Eureka contains books, journals, articles, databases, websites and other material owned or made accessible by the University. The tool works by entering keywords, title or author. In this way, a single search provides results for all the print and electronic resources available on the UK system. Once you have found the resource you are interested in on the platform, you will need to enter your SCU credentials to access it. For resources with special access modes, there is a link to the ‘Notes and conditions of licence’ which refers, in most cases, to the use of the Unito Proxy.
- Librinlinea: collective catalogue of the Piedmontese pole of the National Library Service
- Biblioteche civiche torinesi: collective catalogue of Turin's civic libraries
- Sistema Bibliotecario dell'Area Metropolitana (SBAM): is the network of public libraries in the municipalities surrounding Turin

On-line interrogation of the catalogue allows the desired periodical to be located on the national territory and provides the methods for requesting document delivery
- Essper Project: a survey of Italian periodicals specialised in economics, social sciences and law edited by the Libera Università Carlo Cattaneo of Castellanza. Based on the voluntary cooperation of 49 university or specialised libraries, including the SAA library, each of which guarantees the indexing of the journals within its competence
- BESS Piedmont's Electronic Library of Social and Economic Sciences: a co-operation project between Piedmont's social and economic science libraries which have created a unique catalogue of full text periodicals
